STANDARD CABINS 1-6; Sleep 4, queen and double foldout ,sleeps 5 with single rollaway but crowded,
cabin 4 has bunk above foldout for 5th child.
Cabins 8, 10, 11 & 12 sleep 2 Queen and three with single rollaway.
Prices are based on 2 people with $5 per extra person.
3 & under are free.

There is a 2 night min. Weekends high season & 3 night min holidays. Holiday rates may only increase by $25 night. All cabins have Grill & Picnic Table outside.
To make a reservation a first night Dep. Is required. Balance & 10% water & hotel tax will be paid on arrival or in advance. There is a $10 key fee if not returned. Max 2 pets. $5 per pet. Fee to add as tent camper with notation in box for which cabin. Please clean up after your pet. Any damages Non clean up or damages A clean up or Pet Dep. or May be required.
No pit bulls, rotwiller or Dobermans or mix of any of these. Friendly dogs only to other dogs & people. Our dogs Max or Sally will let us know if they are not friendly enough & asked to leave with no refunds. If excessively dirty a $35 clean up fee, not to include damages that will be discussed. No confetti or confetti eggs. You are required to bring your own linens, towels & charcoal for grill out side. No refunds for early departure.
Cancellation policy is 2 weeks advance notice with $25 processing fee. The Lodge & large groups is 1 month notice.
Cabin 7 & 14, 14 is Handicapped accessible.
Both are one bedroom full kitchen & utensils. 7 Sleeps up to 8 Queen in bed room & 3 fold outs, double in living room, with single bunk over one. 14 Handicapped accessible has a Queen in bedroom & 2 fold out doubles in living room with 3 mattresses in overhead crawl space.

It is a 2 bedroom with full kitchen with dishwasher, large picture windows with views down to meadow with water. There is a Queen slew bed in master bedroom & a Queen & double with single bunk in 2nd bedroom. Living room has a double & single fold out & leather sofa.

5% water tax on all RV or tent camping. Sites closest to the water down hill have a honey wagon system that you only have to open valve & flip switch to empty your rig for septic.
