Our cozy Cabins, RV park and Campgrounds at The Lazy RnR is a Unique Cove nestled on the Guadalupe River where 2 natural spring creeks meet. It is approximately 2 miles up river from Canyon Lake. This is it, if you like peace and quiet best fishing and Deer. 16 Rustic acres where we have great hiking up our creeks or river, swimming, canoeing, boating, boat ramp and best tubing up river with discount, or down river discount at Shanty’s on the horse shoe.The Dam can not slow our water. Hawk Country Club Golf course with swimming pool ($3 per person) is 3 miles up Rebecca creek. We also have kids swings- gym with kids rock wall, volley ball, tennis and horseshoes.
Our cabins and RV sites are just on top of the hill above flood line, where there is no concern about flooding and being run out by the Sheriff if there is a threat of flooding like it is on the lower river. We have about 1 mile of water frontage, secluded.
It is about a 1 to 2 football fields walk down to our meadow where you have 3 different directions of water.You will run into our 2 creeks first where we have tent camping. Rebecca Creek is to the right; great hiking, fishing and swimming just stay next to the water and not wander onto farms, Cypress Creek is to left with the same. Right across the creek is the boat ramp and main river is one block further. You also have the option of driving around going past our main entrance just past the tennis courts is a sign to the boat ramp. On the left is a purple gate that says “private property”, where we have boat sheds for parking, our guests have permission to enter and drive up to the main river.
The gate must remain closed behind you.
- We are considered best fishing around being the most shallow end of lake.
- Our neighbor Fishermen's corner has weekly fishing reports & live bait. Link to their

- Our Lodge is very popular for family reunion sleeps 14, full kitchen,dishwasher, plenty of seating for meeting hall and 4 cabins just behind it. It is also handicapped accessible as is Cabin 14 behind the Lodge.
